Premier League stars have been accused of being greedy of not being loyal etc well now two big name players who have been accused of greed in the past have the chance to show they meant it all. As Frank Lampard and Rio Ferdinand are set to be offered a mind blowing £1 million pounds per month, by Guizhou Renhe, a club side in China.
The Chinese league is going to rival other big spending leagues such as Qatari, Uzbek and the Russian league by throwing the cash at big name stars all over the world. Guizhou’s rivals Shanghai Shenhua have already snapped up Ex-Cheslea player Nicholas Anelka and are reportedly close to signing his former team mate Drogba aswell.
Guizhou Renhe chairman Wang Guolin told The Sun – ‘I want the best team in China and we are prepared to invest a lot of money to bring Ferdinand and Lampard to us.
‘Many people here watch the Premier League and know how good the two players are.’
Both Ferdinand and Lampard have had recent troubles at their respective clubs this season, being on the bench for alot of games and under performing. If both feel as if their times are up at their clubs they may well want one more big pay day before their career’s end.
Guizhou Renhe are also targeting a big name manger to help them get the stars they want, Jose Mourinho’s name has been circling around and an offer of £300,000 a week to try and convince Jose to head to China.
