Manchester United Transfer News 2012 – According to reports cirulating in Manchester Paul Pogba is close to signing a new contract with Manchester United.
The young French midfielder is highly rated at United and the last thing they want it is for him to leave and join another club. Pogba has been linked with some Major clubs including the likes of Ac Milan and Inter Milan over the last month as contract negotiations drag on with Man Utd.
However, a DailyFootballNews source claims that the promising Pogba is close to signing a new deal to stay at Old Trafford.
Pogba was quoted earlier in the week saying – “It’s very good here (at United). I’m getting in the first team and I enjoy it a lot.”
“I have to carry on and try to play more games. My debut at Leeds (in the Carling Cup) was a great feeling. I played away, in a derby as well, and came on for Ryan Giggs. “

It is believed that a meeting with Sir Alex Ferguson is planned where the young French man is expected to commit his future to the club very shortly.
