r9-mourinho

Cristiano Ronaldo believes fellow countryman Jose Mourinho will remain as manager of Real Madrid next season, amid recurring reports that the self-penned ‘Special One’ was poised to return as coach of Chelsea.

As Real prepared for Wednesday’s Champions League round-of-16 second leg against CSKA Moscow at the Bernabeu, Mourinho and Ronaldo appeared together at a news conference and both were quizzed about the Chelsea reports.

Ronaldo told reporters with a smile – “He is going to continue with us.”

Mourinho was then questioned about wheather his Madrid career would end if they were to be eliminated in the Champions league he said – “No”  Real Madrid haven’t won Europe’s elite club competition since 2002.
