According to reports coming out of France,Yoann Gourcuff could well be back in Arsenal’s January transfer plans after Lyon have decided to sell the playmaker.
Arsenal tired to sign the ex-AC Milan player back in August on loan with a possible permanent deal if things went well, but Lyon rejected the offer from the gunners.
The president of the French side Jean-Michel Aulas doesn’t want to lose their main man in midfield, but may well be forced to sell him so they can raise funds for Lyons own Transfer plans this January or next summer.
RMC have reported that Lyon have already been in touch with Arsenal over the last week to offer them the services of Yoann Gourcuff.
Gourcuff is said to be very keen on a move to the English Premier League, so any deal depends on whether Arsenal are still after the long standing midfield target, with Ramsey not playing the greatest over the last month or so maybe he would be an ideal signing on loan and see how he performs.
Lyon have already gotten a replacement in mind with 24 year old midfielder Benjamin Corgnet who plays for Dijon in the French Ligue 1 along side Lyon.
